Photo Update - August 12
Here are some random photos of the house documenting recent progress. The first photo was taken in what will eventually be the walk-in pantry off the kitchen. I liked this angle because it captures an interesting mix of old and new. You can see new water supply and drain lines, along with new electrical lines and new framing required to support the upper level. You can also see old ceiling joists, lathe & plaster and even some crazy blueish wallpaper.
There are also a couple of pictures showing the brick work that we recently completed to raise the sills of the windows in what will eventually be the kitchen. (We had to raise the window sill height in order to be able to run our kitchen cabinets underneath along that wall.)
